The following action was taken on Feb. 13 in the House on House bill HB1485 ("$dnr-habitat"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Capital Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Tony McCombie (R-71) on Jan. 29, "appropriates $7,940,486 and any prior year costs from the Illinois Habitat Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for the preservation and maintenance of high quality habitat lands in accordance with the provisions of the Habitat Endowment Act," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Brad Halbrook (R-102) and Michael Halpin (D-72).
