Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Mayor Fouty at 7:05 p.m.

Discuss An Ordinance Creating Chapter 3 Article V of the Village Code Regarding the Keeping of Farm Animals: Discussion took place. Changes to the existing ordinance were made. The revised ordinance will be typed and sent to board members for final approval before being sent to the attorney.
Adjourn Meeting: Hacker made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:07 p.m. Gladu seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
