City of Effingham issued the following announcement on April 25.
Heartland Family Dental Care recently celebrated the addition of their new facility off Keller Drive with a Ribbon Cutting sponsored by the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce. The City of Effingham thanks Dr. and Mrs. Workman for their continued support in keeping Effingham part of their business endeavors.
