Palestine home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Palestine fell by $30,250 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,000 - a 47.1% decrease over the $64,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Palestine in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Palestine for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,137, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
