Oakland home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Oakland fell by $41,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,500 - a 43.1% decrease over the $95,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oakland in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Oakland for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,489.30, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
