There were 2 on-campus motor vehicle thefts in 2016 on the campus of Southwestern Illinois College, located in Belleville, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2015, there was 1 motor vehicle theft on the campus; and in 2014, there were 2 motor vehicle thefts. In the three year period from 2014 through 2016, there were 5 total motor vehicle thefts on the campus.
