Republican Dale A Righter's election campaign committee, Citizens for Dale A Righter Illinois State Senate, spent $18,784 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Righter's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 75.2% of this total ($9,100) going to Mattoon Area Family YMCA in Mattoon. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Righter's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
