Administrators in Casey Westfield Community Unit School District 4C earn an average of $89,250 per year, ranking 625th out of 864 districts in the state, according to a East Central Reporter analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card.

The 2018 average is 6.2% higher than in 2014 and 0.5% higher than in 2009. District administrators make 16.8% less than the state average of $107,279.

Administrator salaries depend on the district's size, location and resources, as well as the individual's level of experience and education, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

The Clark County school district enrolled 890 students in 2017-18. There is an average of 204 students for every administrator, compared to a statewide ratio of 181 to 1.
