City of Flora issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
In accordance with the guidelines of the Illinois State Board of Elections' Rules and Regulations, a lottery was used to determine ballot order of simultaneous petitions filed for the April 2, 2019 Local Election For the City of Flora Mayor and Four Commissioners.
