Teutopolis Community Unit School District 50 issued the following announcement on July 30.
Teutopolis Unit 50 is excited to announce that parents of grade school students can now access their Parent Portal (TeacherEase). The new student management program, TeacherEase will streamline the student/parent experience. Through TeacherEase, parents will be able to access their child’s schedule, grades, and lunch balance.
Parents of grade school students who have a registered email address on file with the district will receive a welcome email. This email will include instructions on setting up a Parent Portal account. Parents are encouraged to have a Parent Portal account set up before attending the grade school registration on Wednesday, August 1. If you have a junior high or high school student, you should have received the welcome email on July 23.
If a parent does not have a registered email address on file with the district or would like to verify an email address, he/she should send an email to teacherease@ttown.k12.il.us.
Registration is on Wednesday, August 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30.p.m. at Teutopolis Grade School. During the K-6 registration, parents will receive assistance with setting up their Parent Portal accounts. Also, parents of 7-12 grade students may also stop by TGS during registration hours to receive assistance with setting up their accounts and/or online registration.
