Graduates earn 142 degrees, certificates from Lincoln Trail College

About 54.2 percent of the 142 degrees and certificates handed out by the Lincoln Trail College in 2016-17 were to students in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Robinson conferred 76 associate's degrees and 1 certificates in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Data shows the school gave out 59 associate's degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, followed by 17 associate's degrees in General Studies and 15 associate's degrees in Industrial Technology/Technician.

The college enrolled 934 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
