City of Martinsville Summer Recreation Board met March 15. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

1. Call to Order at 7:06 pm 

2. Roll Call- Rachel, Taylor, Trent, Paige, Michael, Josh 

3. Treasurer Report- approve 1st Paige 2nd Taylor 

4. Secretary Report- Approved 1st Paige 2nd Taylore 

5. Committee Reports

     A. Scheduling/Planning

          1. Meeting with Casey park board March 27th in banquet room at

              Casey VFW- meeting went well, still going to keep boy teams

               together 

     B. Concession

          1. Inventory report- Booster club taking over High school

              concessions 

     C. Signs/Donations/Fundraisers

          1. Sign organization, and review letter for donors- Letters continue

               to come 

     D. Umpires/Rules/Constitution E. Building/Ground Maintenance

          1. Vote on more grass seed- may not exceed more than $1000.00 1st

               Trent 2nd Paige 

          2. Vote on buying pallet of chalk- may not exceed more than

               $1000.00 1st Trent 2nd Paige

          3. Vote on Livewire coming to set new scoreboard- 1st Paige 2nd

              Trent
