Call to Order/Roll call
President Matthew Bennett called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.
The following were present: Stacy Cole, Albert Shafer, Karen Pfeiffer, Nick Hendrickson, Matt Greuel, Michelle Schultz, and Matthew Bennett. Administrators Erik Van Hoveln and Brian Lee were present. Maintenance Director Carl Leasher was also present.

A motion to adjourn was made by Cole, seconded by Shafer at 7:30pm. MOTION CARRIED by voice vote – all yes.
