Newton-area residentts will have a chance to discuss any of their concerns with state Rep. David Reis (R-Willow Hill) during his traveling office hours from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, in the Newton City Hall, 08 N. Van Buren St., Reis said in a release.
