NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF TOLONO
TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT
Pursuant to Section 5/11-74.4-5(i) of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, the Village of Tolono, Champaign County, Illinois, an Illinois Municipal Corporation, hereby gives Notice of a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 pm, Central Daylight Saving Time, on September 20, 2016, at the Tolono Fire Department, 214 N. Bourne Street, Street, Tolono, Illinois 61880.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review the cumulative status of the Tolono TIF District, including the following: (i) the amount of revenue generated within the redevelopment project area, (ii) any expenditures made by the municipality for the redevelopment project area including without limitation expenditures from the special tax allocation fund, (iii) the status of planned activities, goals, and objectives set forth in the redevelopment plan including details on new or planned construction within the redevelopment project area.
