The Board of Education of the Arcola School District #306 will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Arcola High School Media Center located at 351 W. Washington, Arcola, Il 61910.
The purpose of said hearing will be to receive public comment on a proposed waiver application to allow for non-resident tuition. A brief description of the proposed waiver follows. It is for a period of five years beginning in January, 2017.
(1) A waiver to allow the children of full-tile employees who do not reside in the district to attend the Arcola School District #306 schools without the requirement to pay tuition (105 ILCS 5/10-20.12a)
