The Marshall City Council recently met to consider and take action on the purchase of a street sweeper from Key Equipment & Supply Co. in the amount of $186,610.20.
The City Council also considered and took action on a street-closing request from A.B.A.T.E.; an ordinance amending Chapter 8; the pay application from Hoerr Construction Inc., in the amount of $176,924.21; and the pay application from Dashiell Contracting Inc., in the amount of $110,890.29.
Finally, members decided on an ordinance approving a final plat for the Don Bowen Subdivision.
