The Mattoon Public Library discussed strategic planning in a meeting held March 14.

  

After the meeting was called to order, members of the public were invited to speak to the board. Comments were limited to three minutes or fewer.

Afterward, minutes of previous meetings were read and approved. The treasurer report, the circulation report and staff reports were placed in the meeting. The next topic of discussion was bills.

Finally, members discussed strategy planning and the budget. Next, the meeting was adjourned to executive session to discuss matters about personnel.

The following regular board meeting is going to be held at 5:15 p.m. April 11 in the Kinzel Room of Library.
