Complete with an emcee, dueling pianos and lively song renditions, the Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its “Keys to Success” 2016 Dinner and Awards Ceremony recently.
Chamber President and CEO Cindy White presented Elizabeth Stark of First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust with the Chamber’s Diplomat of the Year distinction. Stark’s award was sponsored by Harbor Light Hospice.

Board member Marko Grünhagen presented the Small Business of the Year Award to Ed Thomas, owner of Bike & Hike. The award was sponsored by Eastern Illinois University’s SEED Center.
Finally, CCAR Board President Doug Bock awarded the Chamber’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year prize to Lyla McGuire of CCAR Industries. The award was sponsored by Oetting & Associates.
