• May Fest Car Club Trophy has been ordered.
• Closed on Good Friday, April 3, 2026
• Cleanup in the Village is scheduled for April 29, 2026.
• We have been selected for a remote IMRF Employer Compliance Review in 2026.
• The City of Olney will be switching the disinfectant in the distribution system from combined chlorine to free chlorine on Monday, March 23, 2026. This switch is for maintenance purposes and is in conjunction with the biannual hydrant flushing. Residents may notice a stronger chlorine smell while free chlorine is being used. This will be the same for the Village of Noble.
• Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, the Village of Noble will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the Village. Residents may experience low water pressure and water discoloration while work is being done in their area.
• Update on nuisances
• Easter Egg Hunt will be held in the Noble Park on April 4 at 2 pm

• Discuss/approve Clean up Storm Damage at the park.
• Needing to find a new company that can maintain our video cameras at the park.
• Approve closing N. Noble Ave between Elm and Poplar St. for the May Fest/Car Show that will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026
• Consider & approve purchasing two culverts from DK Tank & Pipes. One will be 12” X 30’ $223.80 and the other is 12” X 50’ $381.96 with a $100.00 delivery fee.
• Consider/approve Usage of Personal Equipment while on duty.
• Consider/Approve Workforce safety and compliance training with Wendy Coles Illinois Eastern Community College, Workforce Education Instructor. Along with KaRissa Miller to discuss the financial end.
