Village of Noble Village Board met Dec. 8.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

The Village Council met on the above date at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order and present were Brad Kessler, Cindy Manuel, Tresa Hundley, Janet Pflaum, Gary Ulm, Carol O’Dell, Ashley Pipher and Josh Wakefield. Absent Paul Summers. No guest.

Opened with silent prayer and followed by reciting Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion made by Ashley Pipher to approve November 24, 2025, minutes. Seconded by Josh Wakefield. All voting Aye.

The Treasurer and Cash in Bank Reports as of the end of November were presented. Motion made by Ashley Pipher to accept the Treasurer and Cash in Bank Reports for November as presented. Seconded by Gary Ulm. All voting Aye.

The village leaf collection has ended.

The Village Hall will be closed: All day Dec 24 & 25; Noon on Dec 31 and all-day Jan 1.

The Village Christmas party is scheduled for Dec. 12 at 6p.m.at Joe’s Pizza.

The second Village Board meeting in December has been canceled.

The village utility rates will increase in January billing: water & sewer (5% each) & garbage (3%).

There will be no delay in garbage pickup for Christmas week.

The sexual harassment training information was provided.

Mayor Kessler informed the Board that the sewer lagoon is all cleaned out, rip rap done and is filling with water.

Cindy Manuel, Village Treasurer mentioned that she will be checking into other towns that don’t have an appointed Treasurer.

Motion made by Carol O’Dell to approve the calendar for 2026 board meeting dates. Seconded by Ashley Pipher. All voting Aye.

Motion made by Carol O’Dell to add the Village Secretary, Debra Wilson and remove Tresa

Hundley from the village bank accounts. Seconded by Paul Summers. All voting Aye.

Motion made by Ashley Pipher to pay all the bills that were presented. Seconded by Josh Wakefield. All voting Aye.

Motion made by Carol O’Dell to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 p.m. Seconded by Ashley Pipher.

All voting Aye.

The meeting adjourned until January 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Noble Village Hall
