On Sept. 22, Thomas R. Coonce sold their home at 503 W. End Ave., Paris to Harold R. Jr Lowry (living trust) for $8,000.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas Robinson Coonce (83) has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.
There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
