Charleston home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Charleston fell by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 69.2% decrease over the $113,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Charleston in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,130, approximately 6.1% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
