Oakland home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Oakland fell by $8,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 20% decrease over the $43,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Oakland in July 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Oakland for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,456, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
