Robinson home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Robinson rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $65,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Robinson in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Robinson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,186, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
