b. Consider and act on approving and authorizing a lease agreement for a backhoe.

d. Consider and act on Smithenry Trenching Invoice in the amount of $19,472.00 for Concrete Entrance on Gregory Street into City Parking Lot.

c. Consider and act on authorizing two (2) Newton Police officers to attend IJOA & IDOA 2019 Annual State Conference Continued Professional Training, June12-14, 2019 with fees of $175 for the first attendee and $150 for additional officers from the same department, plus allowable expenses.
