City of Casey issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
Included with our February utility bill is a letter regarding monitoring violations of our drinking water. Please read the letter in its entirety.
On the back - there is a section indicating our water is not safe to drink or cook with.this statement could be concerning or misleading if you do not read the entire letter.
Farther down on the back - it states "our system has conducted additional lead and copper testing which indicated that lead and copper levels ARE BELOW the EPA's limits.
