X. Consider and take action on Pay Estimate #1 from Lawrence Gravel Inc. for the 2017 Street/Alley Program in the amount of $48,462.50.

XI. Consider and take action on Pay Estimate #1 from Feutz Contractors Inc. for the Pavement Preparations – 5th Street and Various Routes Resurfacing Project in the amount of $41,900.25.

XII. Consider and take action on Change Order No. 2 for the City of Marshall, 2017 CCTV Sewer Inspection Project to Hoerr Construction Inc. in the amount of $2,996.06.

XIII. Consider and take action on Pay Estimate 3 and Final for the City of Marshall, 2017 CCTV Sewer Inspection Project to Hoerr Construction Inc. in the amount of $56,973.08.

XIV. Consider and take action on an Ordinance identifying work contracts to an Installment Purchase Agreement heretofore entered into by the City of Marshall, Clark County, Illinois – Burbach Aquatics Inc. - $20,436.52.

XV. Consider and take action on an Ordinance identifying work contracts to an Installment Purchase Agreement heretofore entered into by the City of Marshall, Clark County, Illinois – Burbach Aquatics Inc. - $277,946.27.

XVI. Consider and take action on a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of the Intergovernmental Cooperation Contract with the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Same.
