The Casey City Council met May 16 to appoint Jeremy Mumford as city clerk and Debbie Hutton as city collector, in addition to Mayor Bolin's appointment of a new alderman to the Ward II Term ending May 1, 2019.

Council members also discussed the monthly update on Wastewater Construction Fund, approval to pay from the Wastewater Project Fund: Division A (Wastewater and CSO Treatment Facilities): $352,619.76 and Division B (E Main St. Storm Sewer Replacement): $290,853.58.
