Mattoon Community Unit School District No. 2 board of education in the City of Mattoon met May 10 to discuss payment of bills and final approval of the amended fiscal year 2016 budget.
The board of education approved the enrollment report, board policies presented at the April 12 regular meeting, graphic arts trip to Louisville, June 20-24th for Skills USA Competition and freedom of information report. Members also discussed the appointment of Kent Metzger as annual district asbestos inspector and Tom Sherman as the district's IMRF-authorized agent.
