The Lawrence, Illinois Public Library Board of Trustees gathered gathered for their regular meeting at the library, located at 814 12th St. in Lawrenceville.

Following the call to order and roll call of trustees, officials welcomed and recognized visitors, opening the floor for any public comment.

After approving November minutes, the board heard a financial report along with the director's report regarding youth programs.

In unfinished business, the group discussed building renovation projects, specifically a flooring project.

New business concerned an Overdrive (SILGO) Consortium Transferred To 3M Consortium-ebooks; whether to opt for magazine subscriptions as hard copy or electronic versions; and snow removal plans for 2016.

The board also considered the matter of truth-in-taxation compliance.

Following any other business, the board went into Executive Session before adjournment.
