Horizon Health will offer an eight-week grief support group for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays from March 10 to April 28, between 2 and 3 pm, at the Horizon Health main campus in Paris.

The program aims to provide participants with emotional support and methods that encourage healing after bereavement. Organizers describe the group as a “safe haven” where individuals can share their feelings and receive guidance from both grief specialists and fellow attendees.

April Stowers and Marsha Stiffey, who serve as social services coordinators at Horizon Health, will lead the group.

Participation is open to adults aged 18 or older. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. All conversations within the group will remain confidential. Interested individuals can register by calling 217-466-4862 or 217-466-4598.
