In the week ending Dec. 13 2025, two gas stations in Effingham County sold regular gas at the lowest reported price of $2.49 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
The county registered an average of $2.65 per gallon for regular gas.
Of the 24 reported gas stations located within Effingham County, 10 offered regular gas.
For comparison, the average price of regular gas in Illinois was $3.06 per gallon for the week ending Dec. 13 2025, up from the previous week.
