City of Newton issued the following announcement on Apr. 2. 

Come out and Scavenge with us at the 1st Annual Newton Rotary Scavenger Hunt!

Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1 PM CDT – 5 PM CDT

Starting at the West End Reception Center we will line you up and pass out the clues to get you on your way to some Jasper County History and a lot of Fun!

Pre-register at the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce or Expert Collision Center in Newton. Only $20.00 per car-load with the first 10 registered receiving a $10.00 gift card! You can also sign up the day of the hunt at the West End Reception.

First prize is $250.00 CASH with other prizes to be given away as well!! Any questions can be directed to Jill at Expert Collision Center. 618-783-5708 We will also have porkburgers for sale starting at 4:30!
