On October 11, 2025, Niemerg criticized the state’s fiscal direction, stating: “No BIG shock here….Illinois Democrats tax and spend policies will yield yet another tax increase. This year’s budget is 55 BILLION up 43% since Pritzker took office! Highest combined taxes in the country with second highest property taxes. Stephanopoulos previously served as White House Communications Director and Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategy during the Clinton administration before becoming a prominent news anchor.
On October 14, 2025, Niemerg honored Charlie Kirk in a post that read: “Charlie Kirk should still be here. He was silenced for one reason — he spoke the truth. Niemerg began his tenure in the Illinois State House in 2023 after succeeding Darren Bailey as representative of the 102nd District.
