Two Jasper County residents under 20 years of age tested positive for COVID-19 on March 24, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In total, there have been 166 positive cases reported in Jasper County among residents under 20, accounting for 14.7 percent of all cases in the county. Through March 24, Jasper County has reported a total of 1,126 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 17 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
