Two Coles County residents under 20 years of age tested positive for COVID-19 on March 24, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In total, there have been 957 positive cases reported in Coles County among residents under 20, accounting for 17.8 percent of all cases in the county. Through March 24, Coles County has reported a total of 5,385 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 93 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
