In total, there have been 658 positive cases reported in Effingham County among residents in their twenties, accounting for 14.5 percent of all cases in the county. Through March 24, Effingham County has reported a total of 4,537 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 69 of which have ended with the victim’s death.
