CITY OF CASEY: Library Extending Hours!

Library

City of Casey issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.

We’re excited to announce that we’re extending our hours!! We will be open Monday-Friday 11-5 and Saturday 11-3. While we aren’t opening up fully, we will also start letting people inside one at a time! If you would like to come in to browse our collection or use our services, give us a call at 217-932-2105, and we’ll let you in through our East side door if there isn’t already someone in the building. 11-12 will be reserved for our senior patrons only.

It’s been so long since our building has been open that we thought it would be a good idea to remind you of the services we provide!

2020 tax forms are in! If you need a tax form, drop by and pick one up.

Deliveries!  We’ve recently been expanding our delivery service. If you’re stuck in quarantine or can’t make it to the library for some reason, give us a call and our lovely Renee will deliver your books to you! She’s been working very hard to make sure everyone has access to books during this strange time.

We have books, audiobooks, movies, and fishing poles available for check out!

We offer printing and copying for $.25/page for black and white and $1/page for color. Scanning is $.25/page and faxing is $1/page.

Lamination is $1/foot. If you would like to laminate something larger than an 8.5”x11” page, please give us 30 minutes notice so our laminator can warm up!

We’re so happy to be back to our regular hours and are very excited to be able to see some of you face to face! However, we are still offering curbside pickup if you’re more comfortable with that!
