Vermilion County Board met Nov. 12.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The County Board of Vermilion County, State of Illinois met in the County Board Room in the Vermilion County Administration Building in the City of Danville, Vermilion County, Illinois on the 12th day of November, 2019. This meeting began on September 10, 2019 and was reconvened at 6:01 p.m. November 12, 2019 pursuant to state statute and our rules.

Upon call of the roll, 21 were present, 6 absent. Mr. Bird, Ms. Frazier-Brenneman and Mr. Green were excused. Mr. Hart, Ms. Walls and Mr. A. J. Wright absent.

Invocation: Jim Russell

Mr. Morse led the Pledge of Allegiance

A. ORDINANCE-COMBINED ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR VERMILION COUNTY, ILLINOIS FOR 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR

Mr. Fourez entertained a motion to dispense with the reading and approve the ordinance. Moved by Mr. Fourez, Second by Mr. Watson.

Upon call of the roll, 21 voted yes, 6 absent.

Motion carried.
