Odell Community Consolidated School District 435 Special Board of Education met June 14.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The special meeting was called to order at 6:07 by Kara McKee.
Mrs. McKee called roll with the following members answering “present”: Chad Gragert, Bonnie Bolen, Mark Tissiere, Emily Gall and Kara McKee. Superintendent Hettmansberger was also present.
A motion to go into closed session was made by Bonnie Bolen and seconded by Chad Gragert. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried (5-0).
Randy Pagel entered the meeting at 6:15
The board returned to open session at 7:02
Action After Executive Session:
A motion was made by Bonnie Bolen and seconded by Randy Pagel to adjourn the meeting. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried (6-0). The meeting adjourned at 7:03.
