7:00 P.M. – Continuation of Case AP-17-01 from March 8, 2017, an appeal by Theodosia Price, Successor Trustee of the Barbara Scott Price Revocable Trust, in case AP-17-01 of the decision of the Director of the Department of Building and Zoning in correspondence dated January 18, 2017; this correspondence includes a timeline of a reclamation plan for the Price/Scharf Gravel Pit approved in Case 97-11-S, and is located in Funks Grove Township immediately west of 1200 East Road and approximately ½ mile south of U.S. Route 136. This is a final decision on March 14, 2017.
