F. Approval of the bills payable
received 1st small tax installment. September we will receive the next one. Doing well on cash
flow

6. Recess into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel-5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) at ___ P.M.
The board determined an executive session was not necessary for this meeting.
7. Discussion Items
A. Discuss Director Search Bob N. Mary, Cindy Witto and Craig met to finalize the candidate list
to 4. Interviews will take place August 5 and 8, lasting 2 hours each. Former board member
Cindy Witto has assisted with the interview process and question. Beth Lugar will sit in on
interviews. Board will meet at their next meeting on August 8th to discuss and finalize a
decision.
A vote was made to authorize closed meetings during the interviews on August 5 and 8. Motion
to approve, Monahan, Second Newell. All approved
B. Library Fundraiser All ticket money and sponsor money gets rung through register at the front
desk. More tickets need to be sold. Posters ready for distribution on Wednesday. Bob Newell
will distribute around town. Event information going in July newsletter and newspaper event
listings. Kattie Livingston will take care of it.
C. Next Board Meeting Monday, August 1st, 2016 at 6:30pm – The board meeting was moved to
August 8th at 6:30pm
