Marshall City Council considers ordinances

Members of the Marshall City Council met at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26.

The Marshall City Council, which includes six members and the mayor, meets at 7:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month at City Hall, 201 S. Michigan Ave.

Here are the meeting minutes as provided by the Marshall City Council:

Agenda for September 26, 2016

VI. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Amending Chapter 50. Library. Section 50-1 to 50-9.

VII. Consider and take action on a street closing request from Marshall ICOPS for the Shop with a Cop 5K run and 1 mile fun walk on October 8, 2016.

VIII. Consider and take action on Pay Estimate No. 6 & Final from Dashiell Contracting Company for the Proposed Water Transmission Main – West of Marshall in the amount of $20,482.80
