Brad Urhausen, an employee benefits practice leader for Manufacturers Insurance Services, will present an HR webinar workshop on 2016 human capital management trends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday as part of a program offered through the Illinois Chamber of Commerce.
As a specialist in the compliance sector, Urhausen will share perceptions on subjects ranging from compliance to culture. Scheduled topics include utilizing technology in human resources administration to improve worker engagement, the current accepted standards for benefits and methods of creating a work culture to spark high engagement levels.
